Alibaba

One significant change this month is the recovery of Alibaba.

It’s now sitting in the $180 range after languishing between $70-$100 ever since I bought it around 4 years ago.

I’ve always maintained it’s heavily undervalued and is worth at least $160-$200 based on a sum-of-the-parts valuation. We’re now up around 50% after a long time underwater.

I don’t have any immediate plans to sell this – still a great company bringing in insane amounts of cash and lots of upside in its various business segments, especially Alipay and their logistics and shipping arm Cainiao.

Paysauce

Paysauce shot up this month after Forsyth Barr started coverage and gave it a valuation of 30+ cents.

I wrote about Paysauce here and have been accumulating for about a year in the 0.17-0.22 range.

I’m optimistic about their prospects especially with their foray into Australia and their strong cashflow even in this early stage of their growth.

The Forysth Barr report was also positive and laid out many avenues of growth potential.

Also now up around 50% on this position and can see it going a lot higher if management continues to execute.

Bitcoin

I’ve shared my prediction about 500 times that Bitcoin will rally hard through Q4 2025 and here we are.

Q4 started 3 days ago and Bitcoin is scratching all-time highs with strong momentum likely to send it higher.

Bitcoin is now the biggest position in the public portfolio, between the spot position and some cash sitting in ETFs, it comprises over 50% of the portfolio.

Quarter million!

With these three positions all clocking four-figure gains this month, it’s sent us soaring through the quarter million mark.

It’s taken about five years to get here, but what a fun little journey it’s been! From side hustling for a couple dollars to making five-figure gains on multiple investments, it has not only given me another capital vehicle but also taught so many people how to start and grow their own portfolios!

Let’s keep rocking onto 500k.
