Hello friends
December was a nice month to end the year, with both crypto and stocks giving us a small rally.
I am currently in Bali and to be honest am spending all my time focusing on my health and not really putting too much mind to anything work-related.
However, I do check the portfolio every day, both to just stay oriented and see if any buying opportunities pop up. As the portfolio still has cash holdings, I’m always checking to see if there are chances to deploy it!
Niche sites
Niche sites again brought in the bulk of the new capital to the portfolio this month, around $800.
This is because income from the sites is mostly passive at this stage. Obviously, there are opportunities to grow this income, however this would require daily work on the site which I don’t have time for right now!
The fact that these sites continue to feed the portfolio with income is a testament to how effective they are if you take the effort to build them as an income source.

Dividends
December is naturally a quiet time for dividends, so again not much in the way of dividends this month:
But – this is the true passive income that we are trying to build.
As the portfolio builds, so will these numbers.
Crypto saves the day
Last month I talked (again) about crypto being the big story for the forseeable future.
Once again this proved to be true as Bitcoin rallied along with many other cryptos, and Bitcoin again remains the biggest position in the public portfolio simply because the price keeps climbing.
This was not unexpected, and if you’ve been around here for some time you’ll know I’ve been calling this rally or at least two years.
I expect crypto to rally further throughout 2024.
