Deployed quite a lot of cash this month.

Unfortunately, I’ve been pretty busy and haven’t been side hustling too much, and I think this will be the theme for the next few months as I don’t have a lot of free time coming up.

However, luckily the portfolio is at a stage where it can tick along on its own and still generate returns.

The big change I’ve made this month is I’ve allocated a lot more to crypto and Bitcoin.

I wrote this article about a year ago giving my prediction that Q1 2023 would be the ideal time to start accumulating crypto, and that’s exactly what I’m doing.

Bitcoin is now the 5th biggest position in the portfolio, and will probably get bigger.

I also added five other cryptocurrencies with a very tiny allocation, mostly as a learning exercise. I cover the reasoning behind these very tiny allocations in my course Simple Crypto.

The other new entry into the Top 10 positions is Arvida Group – an aged care provider in New Zealand. I wrote up my thesis on Arvida on the blog here.
